The summer program started with Ananthi and Aparna taking the children to understand different aspects of archaeology : the tools, vocabulary etc. Children also did many interesting activities like digging for fossils, putting the pieces together, puzzles, dumbcharades etc. The workshop ended with making a visit to the archaeological museum at the Venkatappa Art Gallery which many of us are not even aware of :-). Fun and learning all the way.
