January started with a workshop on Sex Education. There was a whole lot of discussion on our belief systems, how to empower our children to take care of themselves and also on how much information is allright for children. It was interesting and interactive.

January also had the follow up session where participants from different batches joined in to share their experiences, fears etc. There was a discussion on how we can empower ourselves by taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and action. It was a session which went on for almost four hours.
