Workshop on understanding Anger

Anger, is it something to be controlled or can we work with understanding where it is coming from and find an option which helps us to express and manage it effectively. We explored anger through our thoughts and got in touch with what changes occur in our body when we are angry and when we are connected to our needs. Enjoyed exploring and experimenting.
