Theatre Workshop by NICHE (Cilre) (28th April – 9th May)

Children from the age of 8yrs- 15yrs joined in to understand more about theatre. Experiencing mime, plays and working with each other.

Understanding the history of theatre, Getting into the character… loads of laughter and fun 

Preparation time : Props, dialogues, background, costumes etc.
Working towards their play ” The Unwilling Umpire”

Summer Program – ‘IMAGINE’

Making their own games, playing with colors, bringing out the imagination with designing and games to bring out team work. Children had an enjoyable week with Mathangi (Keyndle Spark). Thank you and looking forward to more sessions.



Summer House (31st March – 11th April)

Cilre conducted a two week camp for the children which included many activities revolving around science, social awareness, arts and crafts. It was very interesting and loads of fun for the kids. Thanks to Gowri Iyer and Ananthi Balakrishnan for their efforts.

Friday Lifeskills class

The Friday Lifeskills classes came to a close on 14th March. Children made collages of what they learnt during the year. Ended with playing games and eating sandwiches 🙂 Looking forward to the next session starting in June 2014.
